Game plan

Storm is the roster's micro-management queen. Tempest summons winds that alter the direction and speed of her own normals and Skills, and it can be used while other attacks are already in motion. Add flight, Whirlwind, Tornado, and aerial Hailstone, and every one of her turns has more decision points than anyone else's. In practiced hands her attacks curve in ways opponents simply cannot block on reaction.

The Unbreakable X-Men's conductor: her wind control sets tempo for a team that is entirely about controlling the fight's shape.

How to Play Storm in Tōkon

Storm is a highly technical character who wields the forces of nature. Her Tempest summons a gust of wind that opens up various options for her. Use Tempest to control her projectiles on her Whirlwind lunging attacks to overwhelm your opponent.

Tempest

Generates wind that covers the entire screen, affecting both Storm and the opponent. Costs 1 bar of the Tempest Gauge, seen at the bottom of the screen, which replenishes over time

Lightning Strike

A close range projectile attack that covers a small area in lightning

Cold Embrace

A command grab that deals icey damage

QS (R2) + Forward Direction for basic attack

Whirlwind

A dash attack that spins a tornado around Storm. Tempest winds greatly alter movement and blowback
